ELIGIBILITY
Families wishing to use the birth center need to be under the care of a registered midwife.

FEES AND REFUND POLICY
Early booking with the Arbour Birth Center is encouraged. There is a non-refundable booking fee of $50.00 plus $2.50 GST. the fee for use of the Arbour Birth Center is $450.00 plus $22.50 GST. You may pay this in one lump sum payment of $525.00 or in divided payments. The fee, or a payment plan by special arrangement, is due by the 36th week of pregnancy. those who have not paid by this time, or have not made arranggements to pay, will not have access to the Birth Center and must arrange for a home or hospital birth.

If a woman has paid the fee and then does not enter the birth center for any part of the labour and birth, the facility fee of $450.00 plus $22.50 GST ($472.50) will be refunded, .

There are a number of payment options available. These include:

• Payment of the booking fee at time of booking and remaining fee at 36th week of pregnancy,
  
  
• Payment of entire fee by cheque post-dated to 36th week of pregnancy at the time of booking,
  
  
• installment payments by post-dated cheques by special arrangement with the Bbirth Center.
